Before use:
Use the brush and ultra microfibre cloth without adding any sanitiser, to clean quickly before slicing.
After use:
Eliminate residue with the brush and apply the sanitiser to the cloth to start cleaning the steel parts, blade and case.
Maintenance:
Use the oil with the special nozzle when lubrication of the sliding bars is necessary so as to reduce wear.
