Ziricote wood handle, fine wood , very resistant and brown color with well-defined dark veins, gold Berkel logo

9 cm long blade with very curved cutting edge, 4,8 mm thick in stainless steel W1.4109 Nitro, hardness 59/60 HRC with anti-reflective finishes.

Black leather sheath with safety flap and snap button closure, cut-resistant synthetic inner core and belt loop.
